Job Description 1. Handel and support academic affairs including curricular courses and/or special courses and quality assurance;
2. Handel and support non non-academic affairs including staff management meeting arrangement scholarship applicaiton;
3. Provide secretarial support to dean centre heads or other superior staff;
4. Support events on college and departmental level (if needed).
Job Requirement 1. A recognized master degree preferably in the field of administration management or education;
2. Preferablyrelatedworkingexperience;
3. Good IT literacy and computer skills;
4. Intermediate English level;
5. positive attitude towards serving others
6. Being flexible and willing to learn on on-the-job and being able to accomplish given tasks with some guidance;
7. being able to work with others in teams;
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
